Eek! I hate it when this happens. I look down for a few seconds while Diane is showing us how to do the custom Office build, and I completely miss one of the first steps. Hopefully she'll go over it again next week. Our assignment for the next class is to read chapter 8.

Another, relatively, lazy day. I did iron clothes for about an hour, though. So I am happy to say that I accomplished one task.

Today in class we went over our test from last week. I was proud that I got a B on the test. We went over IE7 customization wizard. Diane asked us to read chapter 6 for Wednesday, and informed us that we'd only have to read chapters 8 and 9 after that. She wants us to research how to build a custom Office install.

Went to first service at church this morning. After church we headed to downtown Lake Stevens to the fire station. Today was the last day of the firemen's breakfast. The firefighters make pancakes for everybody.
After breakfast we wandered up to the sports field at North Lake Middle School to check out the car show. We walked around the track and checked out the cars. Afterwards we walked to downtown and checked out the booths at Aquafest.

Dad went over to Lake Stevens on his motorcycle for the main parade. I messaged back and forth with my friend Joey. His family spent most of the day at Aquafest. He had me cracking up later when he informed me that his golf cart didn't have headlights, which was the reason that he wasn't going to go to the movie that was being played outside. I was planning on walking with Ruby over to Lake Stevens for Aquafest, but I didn't end up doing that. Sadly, I barely left the house today. I only got as far as the stop sign on my road.

Dad and I went to Target today. I messaged back and forth with my friend Joey. Well, my nephews are here for the weekend. Today is the first day of Aquafest!

It's kind of odd not having to get up early and head to the Everett Animal Shelter for volunteering. I know that I need this break, just seems odd, and I kind of miss all the kitties. Aquafest is this weekend.
